The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate engagement letter for each project. Our services are limited to those specifically described in the engagement letter.

Client Responsibilities

The success of our engagement depends on your timely provision of accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the management decisions and functions of your business.

Fees and Billing

Our fees are based on the time required by the individuals assigned to the engagement, plus out-of-pocket expenses. Invoices are due upon receipt.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
